Date: October 18, 2024Time: 6:00 PM - 8:30 PMLocation: Natural Bridge Caverns, 26495 Natural Bridge Caverns Rd, San Antonio, TX 78266 <h4>Event Schedule:</h4><ul><li>6:00 PM: Guests arrive at Natural Bridge Caverns and are directed to the Discovery Pavilion.</li><li>6:15 PM - 7:30 PM: Embark on the Hidden Wonders Tour, exploring Texas’ largest cavern system and North America’s only programmable LED-lit cavern. Go 180 feet below the surface to witness formations that have been thousands of years in the making. If you are unable to walk through the caverns, accessible entry into the Cavern Ballroom is available.</li><li>Reception: Enjoy heavy appetizers in Texas’ deepest venue, the Cavern Ballroom, featuring a mix of seating and cocktail rounds.</li><li>8:15 PM: Depart via the Belt Assisted Transport (BAT) back to the surface, 725 feet out of the cavern.</li><li>8:30 PM: Group departs.</li></ul>Want to Sponsor?
