Human Workplace Virtual Gathering: Leading Alone Together

At A Human Workplace, we ignite love and extinguish fear in organizations and teams to make workplaces everywhere more human. Based on the primary research of founder and CEO Renée Smith, A Human Workplace offers gatherings, workshops, consulting, and coaching so that leaders, and workers rediscover and refresh their human values and practice what it is to be human at work.In fact, no one needs to check their humanity at the door to get results. Rather, sustained results depend on our human-kindness to each other. Organizations with cultures characterized by love (respect, trust, kindness, compassion, inclusion, appreciation, and courage) make it possible for everyone to bring their true selves to work and make their best contributions without fear of retribution, stigmatization or rejection. Then customers feel loved too, receive better value and are more satisfied. At A Human Workplace, we believe love should be the expected way of leading, teaming, and working, and fear-based practices should be unacceptable because they sub-optimize results and damage human beings. Not only that, we see a day when positive teams and organizations create a groundswell of happier people, better relationships, healthier families and vibrant communities. And by pursuing the highest good for all, we can find ways to heal the natural world and replace the epidemic of hate, discrimination and loneliness with compassion, equity and belonging. This is possible one leader, one team, one workplace and one community at a time, making work and the world more loving and human.Join us!

A Human Workplace

Leaders face unprecedented challenges and incredibly difficult decisions in the face of this pandemic. We worry for our team members and for the viability of our organizatoins all while to adjust to the latest demands and restrictions.
While some of us are experienced at leading virtual work, others are struggling. We may be discovering benefits but also grappling with serious consequences with no clear answers. And as we struggle to help our teams adapt, we may face loneliness, stress, overwhelm, sleep issues, malaise, uncertainty, and challenges working with kids at home. We may even question our value and purpose. On top of this, we faces worries about the safety of medically vulnerable family and friends.
Join other leaders facing similar challenges for A Human Workplace Virtual Gathering.
This is not a training but a time of person to person connection and honest conversation about “leading alone together” in the age of COVID-19.
Register here today. When you register you will be sent log-in information and instructions for Zoom.
Remember, you are not alone. We are in this together. Join us.
Hosted by Renee Smith and Blythe Kazmierczak.
