Shakespeare's Macbeth with Nashville Shakespeare Festival Tour

Concerts, live perfomances, weddings, corporate events, private parties - we do it all! Bert Driver's Burlap Room Beer Garden & Live Music and Harvester Performance & Event Center are open for tours and bookings. Burlap Room is a primarily outdoor venue featuring the Red Bud Stage (with options to move to the indoor Solstice Stage  during inclement weather) located on the 7-acre grounds of Bert Driver Nursery. The Harvester Performance & Event Center is an indoor venue (with an outdoor patio) that features  The Flatwoods Concert Hall (which includes The Yella Dog Lounge, The Black Walnut Bar and Mezzanine, 500 sq. ft. stage with built-in sound system). Join us for an evening of Shakespeare, live music, food, and drinks as <a href="https://www.nashvilleshakes.org" title="https://www.nashvilleshakes.org" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">The Nashville Shakespeare Festival Education Experience Tour</a> perform Macbeth* live in Downtown Smithville, TN! <ul><li>Doors open at 4pm</li><li>Live music with Larry Pinkerton and his band at 5pm</li><li>Theatrical performance at 7pm</li><li><a href="https://hardwoodssmokehouse.com" title="https://hardwoodssmokehouse.com" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Hardwoods Smokehouse</a> food truck on site</li><li>Ages 12 &amp; up</li></ul>Recommended for ages 12 and up. In MACBETH, five actors tackle the captivating journey of a man and his wife as they navigate a powerful prophecy and strive to achieve a position of utmost power, no matter the consequence. This adapted production features a full musical score and sword fighting, and demonstrates the lasting lessons and power within Shakespeare’s poetry. *Content warning: Discussions of murder and death. Fake blood and scenes of violence are depicted.
