The Magnificent Mamas Soul Healing Circles provide nourishment for the body, mind and soul giving meaning and direction for value in life. Studies have found that gathering together is a vital element in human life. Women are discovering its power for healing and experiencing the importance of feeling supported and surrounded by her tribe.What to expect at our Virtual Soul Healing circle:Meditation: We will begin each soul healing circle with a short guided meditation to calm and center our energy. Bringing us together as we collectively set our intentions for the evening.Circle Share: Sharing gives each Magnificent Mama a safe space to speak from the heart. In this space everyone is equal. This time is also as valuable for the listener. We practice the skill of active listening to enhance other relationships through our lives.Movement: Movement is vital for the soul to remove and clear blockages and pent up negative energy. We will dance, stretch or do some yoga poses. Each movement we will encourage connection to the emotional and physical body. Topic of the Day: This month we will discuss the importance of opening the Heart Center. Feeling the vulnerability , understanding what the heart and body need from you and how to nourish the soul with what is happening in our world today and how you are feeling. The Soul Healing Circle is for you if you: * Are interested in feeling a part of a sacred space, feeling seen, heard and understood.* Would like a purposeful opportunity to gather with spiritually minded women to talk about topics that nourish the body, mind &amp; soul.* Are interested in sharing a safe space to inspire, empower and support each other.* Desire a place to learn, heal &amp; connect honoring one another for their uniqueness.Dress comfortably, Bring a yoga mat &amp; cushion or blanket to sit on.About your Soul Healing Guide: Elizabeth A.
