Grab your (healthy) lunch and join us on ZOOM.In this FREE session, we&#x27;ll outline chronic diseases that disproportionately impact African Americans, discuss probable roots of these disparities, and explore steps we can take individually and collectively to end these negative health trends. As a participant, you&#x27;ll leave with assessments, information and resources supporting lifestyle changes that you can start now and continue post quarantine to reduce risks, and improve health/wellness.
