The COVID-19 outbreak and subsequent shutdown have had profound effects, both locally and globally, on climate, climate justice, and how we'll approach both in the future.
Seattle CityClub is proud to host two free, live Virtual Civic Boot Camps diving deep into these topics. Register today for the May 15 Civic Boot Camp exploring the climate and climate change in the age of coronavirus, and register in advance for the <A HREF="https://www.eventbrite.com/e/102395293078" TARGET="_blank" TITLE="Climate, Climate Justice, and COVID-19 - May 29">May 29</A> Civic Boot Camp covering the new paths forward for climate justice efforts.
In addition to the free webinars, we will also provide pre-recorded interviews with local leaders who will share their perspectives on climate change and climate justice (see below for the interviewee list).
Local experts will discuss the lessons we've learned and how they can be applied in the Pacific Northwest. Listen, ask questions, and get the knowledge and inspiration needed to take effective action. 
There is no cost to join this online event, but attendance is limited. Please register in advance; links to the webinar will be sent as we get closer to the event.
