Start your day off right with a blend of a strengthening flow, gentle stretches, calming breathwork, and peaceful meditation.

Soul Flow SaturdaysJoin me for a rejuvenating yoga session while giving back to the community! In this special class, I will be collecting canned food donations to support local churches in their mission to feed those in need.Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this session is designed for all levels. As you flow through mindful poses, you’ll also be contributing to a greater cause. Your participation helps nourish both body and soul—yours and others in our community.In addition to canned food donations, 25% of any monetary donations will go directly to a local church to further support their efforts in providing for those in need. Cost: Donation of your choice via Venmo (@YogaWithVee) or CashApp ($YogaWithVeee) or cash
