<p>In this interactive workshop, participants will explore the importance of identifying and utilizing personal wellness tools to support emotional and mental health, as well as addiction recovery. Rooted in a person-centered care approach, this session emphasizes that everyone’s path to wellness is unique, and that individuals are the experts of their own lives. Participants will learn practical strategies for discovering and applying wellness tools that resonate with them, empowering themselves and others to enhance well-being and sustain recovery. Through discussion and activities, we will create a supportive environment to share experiences, build resilience, and develop a personalized toolkit for managing challenges.</p><p><strong><strong>Learning Objectives:</strong></strong></p><ul><li>Understand Wellness Tools: Define and explore a range of wellness tools, from mindfulness techniques to creative outlets, that support emotional and mental health.</li><li>Personalize Your Wellness Toolkit: Learn how to identify wellness tools that align with your personal values, interests, and needs to create a tailored approach to your wellness and recovery journey.</li><li>Empower Yourself and Others: Develop strategies for sharing wellness tools in a way that empowers others facing emotional, mental health, or addiction challenges, fostering mutual support and recovery.</li><li>Cultivate Resilience and Well-Being: Understand how consistent use of wellness tools can enhance resilience, self-compassion, and sustained recovery in the face of ongoing challenges.</li></ul><p><br></p><h1>Tuition: $35.00 for non-members.
