<h3>More people, more movement, more joy.</h3>To mark World Mental Health Day, we want you to come out and play.With fitness classes and connections, this feel-good afternoon is set to boost your day. Where: Powerhouse - Fitness CenterWhen: Saturday 5 OctoberTime: 3:00pm - 6.30pmPrice: Free, but spaces are limited. Registration on Eventbrite is essential to guarantee entry.Who: This class is reserved for women only. Suitable for all fitness levels, ages 16+. <h3>Here's what to expect.</h3>3:00pm: Check-in.3:30pm - 4:15pm: Bootcamp with lululemon Ambassador, Sara.4:30pm – 5:00pm: Total Core with Yuliia5:30pm - 6:30pm: Yoga Flow with lululemon Ambassador, Muneerah. Plus, enjoy connecting with others whilst enjoying some healthy snacks and refreshments. <h3>Good to know.</h3>Dress code: Sportswear – please embrace public decency regulations.Yoga Mats will be provided when required.Remember working out with others is always more fun - so share this event with your friends too and enjoy together!
