Set the tone for the week to come with a collective energy reading and inspirational message followed by a restorative reiki infused sound bath. This week's theme: PATIENT ACCEPTANCE In this soothing meditative experience, Susy will share a collective energy reading and set an inspirational intention for the week to come. Each week will have a different theme/intention such as compassion, forgiveness, rebirth, etc. Then you will lie back and relax as you embark on a journey within. Guided by Susy's angelic voice and the healing sounds of her Crystal Alchemy bowls, you'll soon find yourself floating into a state of deep relaxation as your tension and stress melts away. Based on ancient healing techniques, vibrations of sound work on a cellular level to recalibrate the mind, body, and spirit. These healing frequencies stimulate alpha and theta brain wave frequencies, balance the hemispheres of the brain, and promote a sense of ease and inner peace. In addition to relief from chronic pain and migraines, benefits of a Sound Bath include improved sleep, reduction of stress and anxiety, as well as a renewed sense of well-being, calm, and happiness.A Sound Bath is like a deep tissue massage for your mind, body, and spirit!This weekly class is held VIRTUALLY. You can experience this class whenever you would like, as many times as you would like and are invited to use the recording of this sound healing as a part of your daily meditation practice for the week to come!
