Can more than one person join the Zoom with a single ticket?

Each ticket grants access to one individual. If you plan to attend with a friend or family member (even on the same screen) each person must have their own ticket. This helps us keep the experience personal and fair for all attendees.

Question 2

How long will I get to speak with Andrew Matarazzo 1-on-1?

Accepted Answer

Each attendee will get a few dedicated minutes in a private Zoom breakout room with Andrew. Exact time may vary depending on attendance, but we aim to ensure a meaningful moment for each guest.

Question 3

How will I receive my autograph?

Accepted Answer

After the event, you’ll receive a digitally scanned autograph note from Ronen, sent directly to the email you used to register. This may take a couple days. Make sure to check your spam email too!

Question 4

Can we screen record the event?

For the privacy of our special guests and fellow attendees, we kindly ask that you do not screen record the event. This helps us maintain a comfortable, respectful, and free-flowing space for everyone to enjoy.

Question 5

What if I join the event late?

Accepted Answer

You’re welcome to join at any time, but we strongly recommend arriving earlier to ensure your one-on-one time. We cannot guarantee private sessions for attendees who join near the end of the event.

Question 6

Will I be able to take a photo with Andrew?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We’ll guide you through taking a screenshot photo op at the end of your 1-on-1 session. Screenshot is to be taken from your end of the screen, so make sure you know how for when the time comes.

Question 7

Can I  stay and watch the full event even after my 1-on-1 is over?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! You're welcome to stay for the entire event, including Q&A discussions and other segments, even after your 1-on-1 has taken place.

Question 8

What’s your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, and must be requested within 5 days after the event. Eventbrite's processing fees are non-refundable.

Question 9

When will I receive the Zoom link?

Accepted Answer

Zoom access details will be emailed to the address used at checkout about 2 days before the event. You’ll need to register via the link provided to receive the meeting password. Once approved, you’ll get full details to join when the event begins.

Question 10

How do I know what time my 1-on-1 is?

The order of the 1-on-1 sessions is randomly assigned by Zoom, so there may be a wait before you're invited into the private room. In the meantime, we encourage you to enjoy the event, connect with fellow attendees, and join the conversation with our host, Andrew Matarazzo
