Join us for a panel discussion and keynote event on "The Post-Covid Job Market," where industry leaders and talent experts will explore the current state of the job market in general, and with a special eye on the life sciences and tech sectors in the United States and Germany. As the market undergoes significant changes, particularly in the wake of recent widespread layoffs, including in the Boston region, this event will delve into whether finding employment, including for highly trained professionals, has become more challenging or if the landscape is simply evolving. Tailored for early- and mid-career professionals, scientists, and anyone interested in the future of work, this event will provide valuable perspectives and actionable advice for navigating the job market in these dynamic times.

Prior to TÜV SÜD, Jobina held leadership positions at Robert Bosch and Polaris Software in Singapore. She began her career at i2i Enterprises in Mumbai, India. Adam Robitaille, Vice President, Global Head of HR Life Science Services &amp; Head of HR North America, MilliporeSigma Adam Robitaille is an experienced HR executive who is Global Head of HR Life Science Services &amp; Head of HR North America at MilliporeSigma, the life science business of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany, in the U.S. Adam came to MilliporeSigma in 2017 from Philips Lighting where he served as Head of HR Services Americas. He is a board member of the DEI Board, a confidential membership organization for people leading diversity, equity and inclusion at major companies. Adam earned a bachelor’s degree from Merrimack College.
