With 9 years of experience in mental health advocacy, she is dedicating her life to breaking down barriers surrounding mental health and substance abuse. Drawing from her journey of recovery and professional expertise, she is passionate about Smashing the Stigma, to create open dialogue and reducing the shame associated with mental health challenges.
