Join Arkell and Chloe this Sunday Morning at 10AM for a relaxing yoga and meditation experience. During these challenging times, self-care is a top priority to keep ourselves mentally, emotionally, and physically healthy.This event is a safe space for you to show up as your authentic self from the comfort of your home. Our intention is to gather through a virtual experience on this platform to connect and heal together.Hosted via Zoom web conference link as an online group event. Zoom Link provided via email Saturday afternoon and again Sunday morning 10 minutes before class begins. Please download Zoom app to prepare.Let&#x27;s breathe and move together! All you need is your laptop or phone, yoga mat, and essential oils.Suggested Donation: $10
