Welcome to Disability Etiquette!Did you know 1 in 3 adults in Idaho have a Disability?Join Idaho Division of Vocational Rehabilitation in person to celebrate National Disability Employment Awareness Month with an informative session where we'll provide a wide variety of information on disability. The session will support you to redefine disability, provide clarity on current preferred disability language, and respectful disability etiquette. The goal of this session is to provide you with the knowledge and tools to confidently navigate interactions with persons with a wide variety of disabilities at work or in the community.Whether you're new to this topic or looking to refresh your knowledge, this event is perfect for anyone interested in fostering a more inclusive and accessible workplace environment or in their community at large!Don't miss out on this no-cost opportunity to enhance your understanding of the wide variety of disability language and etiquette and to support us in redefining the term disability!
