<h3>Our Jackson Heights New Parent / Breastfeeding Support Group is now virtual!</h3>
<p>Please join us for a support group for new parents! It can be isolating at home with a new baby, so many questions, conflicting advice, and sleep deprived to boot. And now all of that in the midst of a global pandemic! Meet some neighbors and have your questions answered with compassion and experience to help navigate what works best for your family. Join us to both give and get nonjudgmental support for whatever's on your mind.</p>
<p>As a postpartum and birth doula and certified breastfeeding counselor, <a href="https://postmodernchildbirth.com/about-2/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Rachel Goldstein</a> has helped countless NYC families with the transition to parenthood over the past decade. All are welcome, you don't have to be breastfeeding. We plan to meet monthly on the second Tuesday and reservations are available now. We can't wait to meet you and your baby!</p>

<li>RSVP separately for each date on Event Brite to get the zoom info over email prior to each meeting.</li>
<li>Please put your video on and mute yourself when not speaking.</li>
<li>Donate what you can, $1 - $25. Contact me if cost is an issue. Also, if you'd like to pre-pay for a series and reserve in advance, let's do it!</li>
