What do I need to do before the session?

Make a comfortable place to lay down, a bed or on the floor with some padding under you, a blanket for on top of you if you have.  Perhaps a small pillow for under you head (not too thick). Headphones and tissues are helpful.

Question 2

Can anyone do this breath?

Please consult a physician if you have a heart condition, are pregnant or bipolar. This is an all levels course. The first 2/3 of breathing is through the mouth and is very stimulating. If ever something feels like too much, breathe through your nose.

What do I do if it feels too intense?

Accepted Answer

Ground yourself with long slow nourishing breath through the nose. Turn down the sound and repeat to yourself, I am safe, I am loved, I am held.  This space if for you to connect with your inner healer. Find it. You are safe you are loved you are held.

Question 4

Are there side effects?

Accepted Answer

Most people experience a high from breathwork lasting up to a week. The only often alarming side effect is a common cramping in the hands &  mouth called tetany. It is normal and happens during active breathing sometimes. It will pass. If you experience this breathe long and slow through your nose.
