Who is hosting the event?

Hosted by the Emerald Coast Parrot Head Club but open to all!

Will outside beverages be allowed?

Accepted Answer

Both of the venues will have your favorite beverages available for purchase with specials at each location. Please do not bring a cooler or any beverages. Security will ask you to discard or return them to your vehicle.

Can you bring chairs?

Accepted Answer

Some chairs will be available, but the venue does not have enough available for everyone.

Question 4

Are you allowed to enter the pool?

Accepted Answer

If you are attending but aren't staying at the host hotel, you may still enter the pool. There are no bathhouses located at the pool, only restrooms. You can also swim in the bay at the Elks Lodge.

Question 5

Will day passes be available for purchase?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can purchase a day pass for $50 at each location.

Question 6

Will we be allowed to park at the hotel?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you are not staying at the host hotel, you will receive a parking pass for the hotel at check-in. Parking is free and available at the Elks Lodge.

Question 7

Does admission include an event tshirt?

Accepted Answer

No. One way we keep costs so low is to make t-shirts available to purchase at the event for a very, reasonable price.

Question 8

Will there be other ways to contribute to the charity?

Accepted Answer

We will be hosting a "cork pull" to win a bottle of wine or spirits and we will also have a silent auction. The silent auction will be onsite and online. Remember...all proceeds support those who need a "helping hand".

Will food be available for purchase?

Accepted Answer

The Island Hotel & Resort has The Island Grille located in the pool area featuring burgers, loaded nachos, hot dogs & pizza. There is also the Coastal Kitchen for dining. There is a 2 hour break in between the last band and the musicians roundtable on Friday with plenty of restaurants within minutes

Will food be available at The Elks Lodge?

Accepted Answer

The Elks lodge will have tables outside with hamburgers and chicken sandwiches available to purchase from 12-4.
