THE FUTURE OF COMMUNITY Conscious Nona’s Official Launch &amp; Fundraiser: Be Part of the Movement to Reconnect and RegenerateJoin us on October 19th to be apart of a transformative grassroots movement in Lake Nona dedicated to rebuilding the fabric of community through holistic well-being, meaningful connection and conscious intentional education. <h3>Why This Matters Now</h3>Lake Nona is known as a vibrant hub of culture, innovation, and growth—a place to thrive. However, it is apparent now more than ever that with the acceleration of modernized life, we are experiencing high levels of disconnect on a collective scale. It is not new news that we are in a loneliness crisis, a pain epidemic and living in toxic overload. When we struggle to recognize the importance of the interconnectivity of nature, community, and wellbeing it leads to societal “dis-ease,” manifesting in the breakdown of overall quality of life. Conscious Nona and its mission aims to meet the awesomeness of Lake Nona and guide residents into a mindset and heartset of new, bold, conscious, holistic embodiment to build a  thriving community for the future generations to come.The path forward involves reconnecting with one another, fostering healthy and mindful practices, and taking aligned action. We advocate for the renewal and rediscovery of who we are and how we can achieve balance and longevity in such an accelerated world. We aim to provide the best evolutionary holistic solutions rooted in self awareness, conscious lifestyle, mindset, earth focused practices that regenerate wellbeing.For the past two years, we’ve been intentionally cultivating local initiatives designed to raise awareness and promote holistic lifestyles. Now, we’re ready to share our greater vision with the community.
