We are back with a fun-filled and active morning encouraging wellness and fitness in our community!!

Valley Regional Park

We at the Black Physicians of Utah are focused on improving the health of the Black and URM Communities. We had a very successful Family Fitness Day last year with over 200 runners and participants enjoying the beautiful weather at Valley Regional Park. We have heard your calls and now we will have our 3rd Annual Outdoor Fitness Day. This year we have decided to add a 10K distance. It will be filled with prize giveaways, DJ Afrolicious, a photo booth, massage chairs, a bounce house, and food for all participants.PLEASE REGISTER AND PURCHASE A RACE TICKET BELOW!! 10 K/5K Run or Walk. All proceeds go to our Black Pre-Med Scholars and our health education events. If not wanting to race but would like a meal ticket, just click the link below.
