What do I need to bring?

Bright Orthodoxy is providing the campsite, food and activities. All meals are included, with vegan and gluten free options. This is bring-your-own-camping, so you will provide your tent and things like sleeping bags. Come ready for an active weekend in the elements, contact the hosts for details.

Is this event family friendly?

Yes. Solo attendees, couples, and families are all welcome to this sober all-ages event. Children under the age of 12 are free, please let us know how many you are bringing and their ages so we can arrange meals and activities for them.

Can we bring our dog?

Yes, respectful dogs are welcome but must be leashed.

What if I'm not a church member? Or don't want to join any church?

Accepted Answer

That's totally fine. You'll learn a bit about our principles between picnic lunches, your choice of group activities, and ghost stories around a campfire but we'll keep it moving and you don't have to commit to anything. It's going to be a good time!

What amenities are available?

Accepted Answer

This campground has potable water, trash service and vault toilets. The campground is not ADA-compliant, sadly. Please join us for one of our other events in a different location.

Question 7

What about cell service?

Accepted Answer

Cell service is weak or absent around the campground. The visitor center, accessed by a ferry that runs from 8AM - 4PM has good service and public wifi.
