We are more than a week in.  Have you started bickering with your husband, kids, parents?  Are you concerned about where your relationships might be when all of this is said and done? We&#x27;re gonna be together with our families for a while, so I&#x27;ve put together some tangible tools for you to get closer to your loved ones. The way we communicate with each other has a huge impact on the level of connection we feel with others and the level of safety that exists within a relationship.  My name is Gangotri Garg and I am a facilitator for the Interpersonal Dynamics Skills course at the Graduate Business School at Stanford and am also a certified Integral Coach with over 10 years of experience. The skills I am bringing to this virtual workshop will give you the chance to turn this crisis into an opportunity for closer bonds with the ones you love. In this 2 hour workshop, we will cover:1. Ways to identify and name feelings2. The impact of expressing feelings vs. thoughts and judgements3. What it is like to really be known and what stands in the way4. Barriers to intimacySuggested Donation: $35 No one will be turned away for lack of funds
