Brainstorm alternative modes for doing “boardwork” remotely

This session will have a specific focus on how to facilitate problem solving remotely. It is intended for TAs who lead problem-solving recitations, tutorials, and office hours, but all are welcome. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions, share ideas, and try out Zoom functionality that may be useful in your interactions with students and for facilitating interaction between students.Workshop Facilitator: Dipa Shah, MIT Teaching + Learning LabBy the end of this workshop, you will be able to:<ul><li>Brainstorm alternative modes for doing “boardwork” remotely.</li><li>Brainstorm solutions for engaging students in worked examples and practice problems remotely.</li></ul>If you are unable to attend this workshop and would like to speak with a TLL staff member and get your questions answered, feel free to send a request to tll@mit.edu.
