<a href="https://www.aeronautbrewing.com/" title="https://www.aeronautbrewing.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Aeronaut Brewing Company</a> is hosting a special "Sap on Tap" Celebration in support of the Somerville Community Growing Center's Annual Maple Syrup Project, offering a limited chance to try Aeronaut's one-of-a-kind Maple Beer, Tetra Maple Bock, made with the project's very local sap! And nothing goes better with maple beer than a Zinneken's waffle with all the toppings!The funds raised here will help support the 2025 Somerville Maple Syrup Project, which offers both a Maple Education Day for area preschoolers and other groups, and a Public Maple Boil Down, open to all - both in early March. Visitors can tour the Growing Center, see the boiling process in action, and learn more about the biology of maple trees, the science of maple tapping and the long history of maple syrup as a medicinal and culinary resource in Indigenous Communities. Tickets are only $25, and include waffles, toppings of your choice, and one glass of maple brew - so get yours today!
