What can I expect at the Well-being Fair?

You can expect a day filled with small group workshops, conversation circles, interactive 1:1 sessions with practitioners, vegan snacks and drinks, and an opportunity to explore a wide range of health and wellness centered experiences.

Is the Well-being Fair suitable for all ages?

Accepted Answer

YES! For the first time, our seasonal Well-being Fair for autumn will offer options for the whole family. Some events will be specifically for all ages, some for teens and up. Teens 16 and under need to be accompanied by an adult.

Question 3

Can I show up at anytime or is there a set schedule?5

Accepted Answer

You are welcome to come and go as you please during our 12noon-5pm time frame. There are scheduled activities as well as options to get involved throughout the day no matter what time you arrive. There are a limited number of 1:1 sessions with practitioners who are meeting 1:1, 1st-come, 1st-served.

What are the accessibility options at HMCA?

HMCA is a fully accessible event space. The back entry requires climbing stairs while the Scott Street entrance is street level. Elevators in the building allow for all floor access. Please make contact with us if you have any questions or concerns ahead of the event. info@mukundastudio.com

Are pets allowed in HMCA?

Accepted Answer

YES! We are offering a pet-friendly event for the first time as well.

Question 6

Can I bring outside food or drinks into HMCA?

Accepted Answer

You are welcome to bring food or drinks inside but no-alcohol permitted. Use of drugs for medicinal purposes is welcome. Please note that we will have vegan/vegetarian snacks available for free.
