The Breast Express bus will pull up our joyride of baby-feeding support for a morning of community and conversation around postpartum and pelvic floor health. Origin’s pelvic floor experts will be onsite to share their wealth of knowledge and insight. Look forward to discussions around: <ul><li>Tips on body mechanics for breast feeding and taking care of your newborn</li><li>Free DRA screenings</li><li>Postpartum return to exercise</li><li>Postpartum return to sex</li><li>Learn how breastfeeding and estrogen can affect your pelvic floor and vagina </li></ul> We hope to see you there!
