NUTRITION CLASSES

Nutrition Classes focus on Whole Food and Plant Based Food to fight disease and maximize health and wellness.  They include video instruction, a colorful booklet containing lecture information plus a recipe book.

<p>Ovarian cancer causes more deaths than any other type of female reproductive cancer.  Luckily, there is a tremendous amount of recent research showing how a woman can dramatically lower her risk of getting ovarian cancer with certain dietary choices.  These same recommendations have shown to increase survival odds and reduce risk of recurrence for ovarian cancer in patients.  Learn the nutrition science on this subject, enjoy recipe demonstratioin and food sample, and get your beautiful 12 page color printed booklet containing the science covered and recipes to take home. </p>
