<h3>INDIVIDUALIZED BEHAVIORAL TREATMENT FOR EATING DISORDERS</h3> FREE 1-HR CE Presentation and Training with:Ali Deem, LPC, CEDS Director of Adult ServicesThe Internal Family Systems model was founded by Dr. Richard Schwartz, a marriage and family therapist, in the ’90s. “Parts work,” which is founded by the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, provides a unique approach to helping clients struggling with disordered eating and eating disorders.This presentation will review the IFS model and describe the benefits of using this “parts” approach when working with clients who struggle with eating disorders.The 3 objectives of this presentation:<ul><li>Review of Internal Family Systems (IFS) Model</li><li>Identify how IFS parts relate to disordered eating</li><li>Discuss application of IFS with disordered eating</li></ul>BREAKFAST WILL BE PROVIDED

Please arrive at 8:45 AM for check-in. Presentation and training will begin promptly at 9 AM and end at 10 AM. The tour will be from 10 - 10:30 AM. Breakfast will be provided.
