You will be guided through profound meditations and poses to help you recharge and relax, concluding the session with a sound bath savasana, which lasts between 15 and 30 minutes. Grow + Gather is a multi-use urban farm and event space. They partner with businesses to cultivate community and togetherness. Kali-Prana is located in the rooftop greenhouse. Downstairs, community members will find a beauty cafe and a full-service restaurant run by Dana Rodriguez.

Dayshift is open 7 days a week from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. MST. Serving coffees, teas, breakfast, and lunch.

Work&Class is open for dinner Monday through Saturday, 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. MST. Offering a unique, fun, and elevated atmosphere for shared plates and experiences.
