Please join us for our Spring Chapter Meeting on Wednesday, May 1st at The Bridges Clubhouse, as we mingle and then listen to some very special local charities.

Early-registration is $30 and includes two glasses of wine and a lovely selection of appetizers, served in the Golden Gate Room. Please register by Monday, April 29th.

We will network until 6 pm, and then listen to our Q1 recipient, Open Hearts for Orphans Founder and CEO, Lisa Murphy, who will update us on the impact of our donation to this special organization. We will then hear from three selected and vetted local charities ("pulled from a hat" if more than three are present), and after member ballot voting, we will select the recipient of our Q2 donation.

Thank you for supporting our organization, so together we can touch the lives of those in need in our local community, and we look forward to seeing you on Wednesday, May 1st. The more women we bring together, the greater our impact, which is why we will greatly appreciate you inviting your friends that evening!

*Members contribute $100 quarterly to fund local charities. Over $1.6 Million has been donated by the South Florida Chapter to over 120 charities since 2012.

Do I have to be a member to attend a quarterly meeting?

Not at all. We welcome guests, and many are friends of members and the meeting give them an opportunity to acquaint themselves with our organization.

What is the process for a charity/non-profit to be considered for funding?

A charity form is completed via https://100womenwhocaresouthflorida.org/ch Talking points will be sent to the main contact and if present at the next meeting, is eligible for consideration. We place the name in "a hat" and select three non-profits, whose representatives can present for five minutes.

If I join, do I have to attend meetings?

It is not necessary to be present at every quarterly meeting, however, schedule permitting, most members look forward to getting together, and listening to the non-profits under consideration. The meetings provide a great networking opportunity as well!
