✨ Nights at the Lab Next Event: Wednesday, September 17th! ✨
Now more than ever, community spaces matter. A mic, a stage, and a room full of people willing to listen—these moments of expression and connection remind us why we show up for each other. Whether you’re sharing a song, a poem, a story, or just coming to soak in the vibes, you’re welcome here.
Join us at Lumen Labs for a night of creative performance & experimentation in a supportive environment! If you're new, here's how it goes down:
- Doors open at 6:00 PM with the first performance at ~6:45PM.
- All performance art is welcome! Art🎭 Sing, read poetry, do some stand-up, or interpretive dance... you name it!
- Performers - sign-up here: https://forms.gle/QFEtFmrToc6oWffk9
- Set times can be up to 12 minutes long (or 2-3 songs) 🎤
- We will have free cookies, light snacks, & tea, please bring a reusable cup to reduce waste! ♻️
- This is an all ages event - we ask that all individuals younger than 17yrs old come with a guardian adult. 🧑🧒
- 🎫 Ticketing & all other info can be found on Eventbrite or DoTheBay 🔗

We should have everything ready for you to easily plug-in your instrument, or take advantage of our house gear—microphones, amplifiers, guitars (both acoustic and electric), electric keyboards, and more...
Not feeling the spotlight? No worries! The audience is just as essential. We've created a cozy atmosphere where diversity is celebrated, and all forms of self-expression are embraced.
