Peking University Alumni Association of Northern California (PKUAANC) is a non-profit organization ( IRS 501 (c)(3) ) dedicated to connecting Peking University alumni in Northern California. In the spirit of the treasured legacy of Peking University - Science and Democracy, PKUAANC organizes social, academic and business activities with the purpose of assisting the professional and personal growth of our alumni, promoting communication between people in America and China.PKUAANC was officially founded in May 1992 with the efforts of many alumni. 北京大学北加州校友会月度爬山活动, 地点: John Brooks Trail and Lake Loop Trail, 时间: 10: 30 a.m., 06/19/22

Waterdog Hiking North Trailhead

上两次的爬山活动得到了校友们踊跃的参与。北大北加州校友会本月继续组织此类活动，并欢迎更多的校友参加进来!本次计划的路线是John Brooks Trail and Lake Loop Trail, 位于半岛Belmont附近，靠近高速280，交通便利. 路线比较容易: 路线为环路，全程约2.9英里，预计平均耗时1小时19分钟。路径未铺装，但属于硬质土路，可以biking。大家可以根据自身情况调整速度。这条路线里面还包含一个小湖泊，可以观景。（Link: https://www.alltrails.com/explore/trail/us/california/john-brooks-trail-and-lake-loop-trail?mobileMap=false&amp;ref=sidebar-static-map）集合时间定为6月19日(周日) 10:30 a.m. (可能根据天气进行调整, 如有调整,校友会会发启事告知).集合地点为Waterdog Hiking North Trailhead, Lake Rd, Belmont, CA 94002, GPS坐标为37.5083, -122.3187, 或直接在Google Maps 搜索Waterdog Hiking North Trailhead即可.入园免费, 且集合点附近为居民区，可以街趴.（但由于周末停车比较拥挤，鼓励大家提早到场）。校友会温馨提示: 可以带上: 水, 零食, 太阳帽, 防晒霜, 运动鞋, Layered clothes ;公园提示: 禁烟禁酒, 禁止採集花草树木及动物, 禁止喂食野生动物, 可以带狗，但必需拴绳。此次活动全程室外, 相对比较安全. 校友会鼓励大家戴口罩并会准备全新的口罩以备不时之需. 未完成疫苗接种的同学建议待接种后再参加集体活动.本次爬山活动结束后, 校友会不组织午餐活动, 但鼓励校友们组合聚餐, 继续交流.
