Description

Join us for the first in a series of Women in UX events — a night of meaningful conversations exploring gender issues in technology, led by UX professionals from Twitter, Google, Pinterest and Postmates. All genders are welcome.

The recent release of employee diversity data by a number of tech companies, on top of much public commentary and press attention, highlight the pervasiveness of gender issues in technology. There’s no better time than now for candid and open conversation about this topic across the wider UX and design community.

In this inaugural event, we’ll break into small groups where designers and researchers can engage in discussions around four topics: Career Presence, Relating to Men, Work Environments, and Women Helping Women. Join as many as you’d like throughout the night to share your thoughts and ideas with other UXers.

There will be food, drinks and great people to meet.
