Description

Friday, Sept. 4
We welcome all WeHo Sports Festival athletes from Day 1 with a grand, opening day Registration Party at the Andaz West Hollywood from 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM. As participants come pick up their badges and t-shirts, each can hang out at a specially designated venue. Have a drink and make new friends, then get ready to play!

Saturday, Sept. 5
Let the games begin! The WeHo Sports Festival kicks off on Saturday with a full schedule of activities. The UCLA venue hours will be 7:00 PM - 7:00 PM. After playing comes socializing and we have a large selection of local bars, restaurants and lounges that are offering WSF participants special discounts. Show your badge then show your dance moves!

Sunday, Sept. 6
Day 2 of competition continues on Sunday. By sundown we’ll be celebrating Gold, Silver and Bronze Medal winners in every sport. Then comes the real fun. We wrap up the WeHo Sports Festival with an exclusive Closing Party held at the well-known hot spot, The Abbey, in West Hollywood.

FAQs

What if I'm not playing with a sport, can I still come to WSF?

Asbolutely! We invite everyone to come out and enjoy! Just get your FREE Spectator/Guest pass and pick-up your wristband at the registration table so you can access the venues. Your wirstband is good for both days! If you lost your wirstband, there will be a $3 replacement fee to get a new one.

I/my team already registered for my sport. Why do I have to register again for WSF?

Each PERSON must sign the WSF waiver and get your access badge. All venues will be controlled access. Your sport will send WSF your information so a ticket can be issued to you. But if you want to make sure you get yours and ensure you get the right size shirt and a goodie bag, you should get your ticket now! Getting your ticket now means you will sail right through registration come game day.
