What language will the workshop be presented in?

All presenters will be speaking English, however translation services will be available for those who need it.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

The UPRRP has free visitor parking off-campus on Avenida Barbosa with free shuttle service from 6:30am - 12:30am M-F. If you are traveling east on Piñero Ave from the freeway you would turn right onto Barbosa Ave (left if heading west from the airport) and take the first left at the first light off the freeway. If heading north on Barbosa Ave it will be a right turn at the first light after Gandara Ave. Note that there also is free shuttle service from the train station (marked T on the attached map) at Plaza Universitaria to Natural Sciences/Architecture.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, but you should try to have proof of registration. We will accept one of the following:
a) Ticket through Eventbrite app, available for Apple and Android
b) Confirmation email/ticket on your device
c) Printed ticket

If you cannot produce one of the above proofs, we will also have a list of all registrants at the conference.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

No, each individual may only register for themselves. There are also no group registrations.
