Here are a few common questions and answers:

  • Q: I wanna be a part of the ACTION! How? A: So glad you asked! We love (and really need) your help - and you get a free admission to the show. CLICK HERE to register for our volunteer opportunities. One job per person please - and you must be at least 16 years old.
  • Q: Uh oh! I overbooked - can I get a refund? A: So sorry but all sales are final and we do not issue refunds or exchanges for tickets unless the entire event is cancelled.
  • Q: The weather outside is Frightful! What do I do? A: Spring is so unpredictable! We make every effort to keep guests comfortable but in most cases it's impossible for us to form lines inside the building due to space and fire code constraints. Our best advice is to make sure to check your weather and dress accordingly (warm coats, umbrellas and more). Coming from out of town? Sorry, we can't make exceptions and if the show takes place we are not able to issue refunds. In the chance that weather or other acts of God prevent the show from taking place, we will issue refunds within 30 days.
  • Q: What time will doors open? A: Door times are subject to change but we aim to have doors open at the following times: Ultimate Fan Experience - 4:30pm | VIP - 5pm | All other doors at 6pm | General Admission/Groups/Reserved - 6pm. Guest services will open at 5pm.
  • Q: What can I expect at this show? A: The Bible Tour is SO much more than a concert - it's a life-changing musical and video experience. You will see captivating video footage and effects paired with live performances from the artists you love and know. Artists perform their top hits and other songs throughout the night and you never know who you'll see on stage next. This is definitely not a show where you can arrive late so make sure to plan ahead and arrive on time so you don't miss anything!
  • Q: Where are my seats? A: All seating for this event is RESERVED. You select or are assigned seats during the purchase process. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed so make sure to keep that handy. To receive your tickets you will check in at the TOUR GUEST SERVICES BOOTH in the lobby of the venue beginning as early as 5pm on the day of the show.
  • Q: How do I get my tickets? A: A confirmation email will be sent to you immediately after placing your order and will confirm that your order has been placed. To receive your tickets, simply check in with the TOUR GUEST SERVICES BOOTH in the lobby of the venue. This booth opens at 5pm on the day of the show. Note that picking up your tickets here will not allow you to bypass any lines which may have formed in advance of your arrival. The tickets will be under the name of the purchaser.
  • Q: Kids? A: We love kids! This is a family event for ALL ages. Tickets are required for everyone 3 years and over not occupying a seat. All children under 3 years old must sit in a lap and may not occupy a seat. And we know those little ones want to see what's going on but we cannot allow children to sit on shoulders or be held up to block the views of others.
  • Q: Where do I park? A: The venue does have parking options but unfortunately the tour does not control parking and we do not benefit from any parking fees. We recommend searching online or contacting the venue in advance for information on parking so you are prepared for any fees associated.
  • Q: Are cameras allows? A: Sure! We even had an app for you to download and upload all of your awesome pictures. BUT, please be respectful of those around you when taking photos and help make sure you aren't interrupting their experience. Sometimes a moment is better when you simply stop and enjoy it :). And videoing? Let's keep the video options off - afterall, you want to have a good time and not stare at a screen all night!
  • Q: You took my credit card but didn't give me tickets!! A: Well, we would never do anything like that! Tickets are emailed to you at the address you provide during check out. They can be sneaky though - so check those spam folders. Still no luck? No worries - you're not out of luck! If the tickets didn't make their way to you it is normally because of a little typo your fingers made when entering your email address. But fret not, you can email heythere@faithevents.com and we have customer service reps who will help you out. But if you were charged, we will let you in the show - we promise!
  • Q: Ugh - the ticket service fee is a bummer! A: We hope not! While none of us like fees, we keep ours SUPER low (have you bought a mainstream concert ticket lately? WHEW!) The fee helps cover the costs of credit card processing, customer service and more... so we give you an amazing experience. And it's generally still cheaper than a coffee at Starbucks :)
  • Q: What about accessible seating? A: We have you covered! Our staff is ready to escort you to your seat. We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to the door time for your ticket type and go to the EVENT SERVICES ENTRANCE (bypass the line). We will escort the person needing accessible seating PLUS ONE guest to their seats. Sorry, we can't let everyone in early so the rest of the party will have to remain in line.
  • Q: Discounts? A: There are no discounts for VIP tickets or Ultimate VIP tickets.
