Testify Barbell Bash

The Testify Barbell Bash weightlifting meet will be held on Saturday, September 24, at Testify Strength & Conditioning in Omaha, NE. The competition will be held outdoors (weather permitting), and male and female competitors in Masters, Senior, Junior, and Youth divisions are eligible to compete!

The USAW sanction number is #60-16-56553.

Registration will be 09/13/2016 - 09/20/2016. Registration is online only and will end at 11:59 p.m. on 9/21/2016. Registration is limited to the first 40 athletes.

Meet Schedule

Session 1: Weigh-in at 8:30 a.m. and lift at 10:30 a.m.

Session 2: Weigh-in at 11:00 a.m. and lift at 1:00 p.m.

Session 3 (if necessary): Weigh-in at 1:30 p.m. and lift at 3:30 p.m.

Specific weight classes and age divisions for each session will be announced via email once registration has closed.

Current USAW/IWF rules govern this meet, and all lifters must be USAW members. Lifters must bring USAW card and valid identification to the meet. No USAW applications will be accepted the day of the meet.

All athletes must register and pay online for this year's event.
