Opening Act: Salad & Gumbo - seafood

Scene I: Smoked salmon, draped with mango salsa paired with mixed vegetables and sweet potato corn bread

Scene II: Fried chicken wings tossed in Dani's homemade BBQ sauce & fully loaded mashed potatoes and sweet potato corn bread

Scene III: Baked chicken & dressing with grannies greens and sweet potato corn bread

Scene IV: Smothered pork chops paired with green beans, & Mac&Cheese and sweet potato corn bread
