Description
In its second year, the Smithsonian Early Explorers (SEE) program builds on SEEC's 25 years of success. SEE combines the best in early learning practice, family involvement and the rich envionrment of the Smithsonian Institution. A small cohort of young learners, together with their caregivers, will engage in the practice of museum learning and have access to the best of the Smithsonian Institution's early learning resources.

Nestled in the nation's capital in the richest museum complex in the world is the Smithsonian Early Enrichment Center, a model early childhood program founded in 1988. Our weekend workshops are an extension of the SEEC model with a mission to serve families in the DC metropolitan community.
