Romp In The Swamp Fishing Tournament 2016

The Romp In The Swamp Tournament kicks off at Port of the Islands Resort on Saturday October 1st. Come enjoy a great time on the water! The Local 2396 Romp In The Swamp raises money to local families in need. Our event has been able to have a competitive tournament over the last 12 years paying back our top angler teams as well as raise money. Romp In the Swamp Schedule

September 30th

5:30PM Kick Off Party : Meet at the hotel lobby. (Port of the Islands Resort, 25000 Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34114)

50/50 Raffle : During the Kick Off Party

6:00-8:00PM Dinner : Served in the dining room.

7:00PM Captains Meeting : One angler from each team must attend.

October 1st

Time TBA at Captains Meeting for Fishing Tournament

Cash payouts based on number of boats. Paying a minimum of 3 teams.

Top adult woman and child will be awarded.

There will be a general/open division and we are adding a fly division. You can register your team online and we will determine fly teams at the captains meeting. Fly teams will be a separate division and will only compete against themselves. They will be in the general calcutta if they choose to enter. All teams will leave in the order they register regardless of division. There is also a kids and womens devision.

Corn Hole Tournament

Following the fishing tournament at hotel pool area. You can register your team that weekend at the event.
