Radiant Girls Coaching Circle

This group will increase the self esteem of the girls in the group by having them discover their inner radiance; and 2) provide them with tools and techniques they will be able to use to help themselves long after the group has ended.

Each session will have a theme and consist of several smaller segments. The sessions will include:

~ guided meditation/visualization

~ the “lesson” which will include teaching them how to use various techniques to help themselves when they need it

~ guided group discussion, Q&A

~ art journaling - by bringing the art & journaling together the girls have two additional modes of exploring their inner world.

~ mini-assignments between classes

A high quality Strathmore art journal and supplies are included in the cost.

We will meet weekly for 90 minutes for a total of 6 sessions (9 hours). The group will start as soon as we have these last spot filled. I am going to work with everyone’s schedule to find a time/day of the week that is doable for everyone.

We will meet in my home in Round Rock, TX. Don’t let the Round Rock address dissuade you - we are right on the edge of Austin. The Cost of the group is $225 which can be broken into two payments upon request.
