Picnic at The Pavilion Rescheduled to August 28

Bring your blanket and enjoy a summertime family BBQ in the gardens.

Culinard Culinary Institute of Virginia College will be cooking and grilling for your dining pleasure.

Menu: Slow Smoked Beef Brisket, Chicken Quarters, House Made Sausages, summer vegetable pasta salad, roasted corn on the cob, barbecue baked beans, sweet corn muffins, watermelon, beer and wine.

Live music by Destiny Manzella and Kenny Acosta, and children's water activities and familiy activities on the lawn

In case of inclimate weather there is no rainout date so please consider your admission a donation to the LSU AgCenter Botanic Gardens at Burden. All donations benefit the Botanic Gardens educational programs and the gardens.
