Paʻa pōhaku, kono iʻa: fish gather when a strong foundation is set. A fundraiser event at Hula Grill Waikīkī to benefit Paepae o Heʻeia and our educational and restoration efforts. Please join us on Kamehameha Day, Wednesday afternoon, for good food, good entertainment and a lot of fun. Tickets will include seven pūpū stations and music by Kūpaoa; alcohol not included (no host bar). Raffle tickets will be available for purchase. Raffle items will feature art work, jewelry, crafts, clothing, gift certificates, hats, food, wine, and lots of goodies. Parking will be available at Outrigger ʻOhana East (150 Kaiulani Ave, $3 for 3 hours), Outrigger (2335 Kalakaua Ave #116, $5 valet), IMAX (flat rate parking), Zoo (paid parking), or street parking.

Paepae o Heʻeia is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to implement the values and concepts from the model of a traditional fishpond to provide physical, intellectual, and sprirtual sustenance for our community. Paepae o Heʻeia was founded to preserve and care for the 88 acre, traditional Hawaiian fishpond, Heʻeia Fishpond and through education strives to perpetuate fishpond practices and sustainable living.
