TICKET INFORMATION

• Once you purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email from Eventbrite on behalf of the Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival.

• No barcoded festival admission tickets will be issued for this event, all admission ticket-purchasers will receive a festival wristband by mail. Transportation tickets are available here.

• All wristbands will ship in February 2016. Please allow to the end of February for your wristbands to arrive. Wristbands will be sent to the shipping address specified on your order. All international orders will be held at will call.

• Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival is an ALL AGES Event meaning all ages can attend. However, you must be 18 years or older TO CAMP onsite, unless accompanied by a legal adult.
• Event is rain or shine.

• All 4-day & 3-day passes include Tent + Car Camping.
• You will be assigned a campsite as you enter the venue, you must be with your party to ensure you camp together.

• Children 5 or younger do not require a pass.
• Non-Campers will be able to park in the Day Parking Lot.

FAQs

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival is an all ages event, however only attendees 18 years or older can camp onsite unless accompanied by an adult.

What can/can’t I bring to the event?

A tough question, how to accessorize your trip but not overdo it and be a slave to your stuff. Here are some basics to keep you covered:

Bring: hats, sunglasses, dancing shoes, flash light or head lamp, water container, flip-flops, swimwear, a good attitude, sunblock, non-toxic soap and bug repellent and

Don’t Bring: guns, knives, battle ram, samurai sword, and your herd of goats (however well trained and well intentioned they may be).

Can I update my registration information?

Yes, you will need to make sure your registration is updated with your most current shipping address. Passes will be mailed to that address in February.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, you will not recieve a paper tickets. We will be sending out RFID Wristbands in mid February. Please make sure your shipping address is current.

What is the refund policy?

All sales are final, No Refunds, No Exchanges, No Transfers.

How do we get there?

Okeechobee is at Sunshine Grove which is 12517 NE 91st Ave, Okeechobee, FL 34972

Okeechobee is like a state of mind (man). Actually, Sunshine grove, the heart of Okeechobee is located smack-dab in the middle of Florida, so the answer to the above question depends on where you are coming from which is really all about where you are so it’s more accurately a state of being. The shortest answer is that we are 20 minutes North on 441 from the city of Okeechobee.

From the North: Take I-95 S to exit 129, from there continue onto FL-70

Can I camp with a General Admission pass?

Yes. Camping is generously included in the price of your pass.

Can I bring my pet?

Sorry but Fiona and Fluffy can’t come to our event, they probably wouldn’t like it either. Better leave your iguanas, ponies, parrots and ferrets at home. There is plenty of Mother Nature here to keep you entertained for the weekend.

When will the festival gates open?

Thursday, March 3 and at 12:00 Noon

What happens if the festival sells out? Will more tickets become available?

In the event that the festival sells out please check the website for information regarding additional ticket purchases.

What will be available in the food areas?

Variety of delicacies of all sorts (including vegetarian/vegan options) and drinks will be available on-site. More information about the food vendors and options will be released in the upcoming weeks.
