The Beer List
1. Fresh-Dry-Hopped Dry Fly Triticale Whiskey Barrel Aged Born & Raised IPA:
Our flagship beer aged for 7 months in a whiskey barrel, then freshly dry-hopped prior to pouring. Fresh hop aromas will be on the forefront of this beer's nose, but the full body and rye-like spicy quality of the whiskey will dominate the flavor.
2. Micro-Barrel Aged Wrecking Ball Imperial Stout:
Wrecking Ball aged in a 5-gallon whiskey barrel for 2 months. The smaller barrel accelerates the effects of aging, imparting complex vanilla & coconut aromas to the coffee and chocolate-like malt character of the stout. The oak's earthy character increases the depth of this big beer's body.
3. Dry Fly Wheat Whiskey Barrel Aged Jet Star Imperial IPA:
The light and sweet character of Dry Fly's signature spirit compliments the piney and citrusy aromas of the Chinook and Cascade hops in our Imperial IPA. Three months of aging at cool temperatures maintains the beer's fresh hop character while providing ample time to infuse the beer with the whiskey's unique flavor.
4. Cask-Conditioned Barrel-Aged Born & Raised IPA:
Dry Fly Triticale Barrel-Aged Born & Raised IPA racked into a cask and fermented. Additional hops are added to the cask providing a nice, bright aroma to the complex malt character developed over seven months in the barrel. Cask-conditioning gives a beautiful smooth mouthfeel.
5. Randallized Dry Fly Wheat Whiskey Barrel-Aged Jet Star Imperial IPA:
We're taking this hoppy mother of a beer and infusing it with whole flower Nugget hops right before it hits your glass! Look for the intense herbal character of Nugget hops to contrast the piney Chinook used to dry-hop Jet Star.
6. Oak-Aged Wrecking Ball Imperial Stout:
Wrecking Ball Imperial Stout aged for two months in a former Townsend Cellars Red Wine barrel. This barrel imparts loads of complexity to the beer, including a sweet mouthfeel and vanilla-like aromas.
7. Townsend Cellars Barrel-Aged Aksel:
One of our No Boudaries small batch beers, Aksel Belgian Strong Ale, aged for 2 months on a red wine barrel. The tart acidity of the wine and the smooth body from the French Oak combine to increase the depth of flavor and character in our first Belgian-style ale. The spiciness of the saison yeast has mellowed with time, making for an extremely nuanced beer.
8. Cranberry & Chocolate Infused Oatmeal Milk Stout:
We took the base beer for Rise & Grind, left out the coffee and skipped the filter, and infused it with chocolate and cranberry puree from Oregon Fruit Products. The result is a smooth drinking stout with the tartness of cranberry and sweet milk chocolate.
9. Dry-Hopped Winter Warmer
A preview of our winter seasonal, dry-hopped a second time for added hop aroma. A large amount of crystal malt creates a candy-like flavor which is expertly balanced with the hopped rate of an IPA.
10. 8-Month Whiskey Barrel-Aged Jet Star
This is the longest-aged beer we've ever released! Eight months in a second-use Dry Fly Triticale Whiskey Barrel has transformed this Imperial IPA into a barley wine-ike ale with notes of vanilla and caramel, as well as increased body and mouthfeel from the oak.
11. Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Bean Infused Rise & Grind
Whole, fresh, vanilla beans were steeped in our newest release, Rise & Grind, a coffee beer. The vanilla and coffee interplay with the Extra Special Roast and Dark Chocolate malts to create a super tasty breakfast beer!
12. "Blackfill": Triticale Whiskey Barrel Aged Wrecking Ball Imperial Stout
Our first-ever packaged barrel-aged beer is being released at the festival in 22 oz bottles! It will also be available on draft. This is a VERY limited run, so get it while you can! Blackfill is a blend of our Wrecking Ball Imperial Stout aged in two second-use whiskey barrels for seven months, and four freshly-emptied Dry Fly Distilling Triticale Whiskey barrels for four months. The oak adds depth and complexity to the mouthfeel. A bourbon-like sweetness and rye spiciness compliment notes of chocolate, molasses, coffee, vanilla & licorice.
