Math Club Year 5-11 Free Activity

For us math club is a community for all students. Every student will have the opportunity to develop their critical and creative thinking skills, regardless of their prior mathematics experiences and background. Reasons to start a math club could include:

• Create an environment for students to have fun while learning math

• Learn and refine problem solving strategies

• Solidify concepts through teaching

• Real life application of mathematics

• Learn about math topics not usually covered in school math classes

• Make new friends with similar interests

• Use math to create works of art

• Make up puzzles and riddles that use math as part of the solution.

• You might play games that use math

This activity will run for one hour, from 2.30pm - 3.30 pm. Please be on site and ready to collect your child at 3.30pm sharp.
