It is critical that every interaction, communication, and directive from leadership moves the organization forward. Trust must be established and nurtured by leaders to maintain a positive workplace environment. You must be able to effectively respond to conflict in a way that addresses the behavior without it consuming workplace energy. Develop your own management toolbox to coach effectively, incorporate consistent recognition and motivation, and facilitate positive communications within your team.

About Speaker: Julie Willoz of Willoz Consulting
10 year Disney veteran & New Orleans native, Julie Willoz creates great leaders. She is a leadership coach who supports leaders to manage a culture of excellence. Julie's clients from Tulane University, the Sheraton, to Jones Walker achieve an increased effectiveness in areas of interoffice communication and management performance. Her insights have contributed to two books: "Employee Engagement, Lessons from the Mouse House" and "I Got my Dream Job and You Can Too!" Julie has her graduate degree in Organizational Management and serves as Adjunct Faculty with Tulane University as well on the Executive Board of the Jefferson Chamber of Commerce. Her insights have contributed to two books and was most recently nominated for the US Chamber of Commerce, Dream Big Award.
