Join us on May 27th for a large donor council opportunity to meet with Senator Rick Gudex and Senator Ron Johnson. Both gentlemen are involved in legislation impacting our industry and will be with us to discuss. This opportunity is available for LDC members and includes lunch.

About Senator Rick Gudex: Senator Rick Gudex has spent many years in public service in a variety of elected positions. He is currently the State Senator for the 18th District of Wisconsin. He is active on many committees that are meaningful to the Commercial Real Estate industry including: Chairman of the Economic Development & Commerce Committee, the Vice Chairman of the Workforce Development, Public Works & Military Affairs Committee, a member of the Universities & Technical Colleges Committee, a member of the Joint Legislative Council and a Board Member of Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) for the 2015-2016 legislative session. Members of our organizations work with Senator Gudex on the TIF modernization initiatives and Historic Tax Credit.

About Senator Ron Johnson: Senator Ron Johnson spent most of his career as a businessman and owner and has been a Senator for the State since 2010. Ron is Chairman of the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, and also serves on the Budget, Foreign Relations, and Commerce, Science and Transportation committees.
