My Personal Pivot: A User Journey

Many times when we discuss a user’s experience, we think about it in terms of a user journey. Brian is going to present his journey and what made him make a personal pivot towards user experience design from web development. He will present some insights into his personal experiences and reasons why he made that decision. He will discuss what he does as a User Experience Designer today and open the discussion up to the sponsors and how they work as well. Expect this to be stories of a personal journey, turned into a discussion on how we can all “pivot” more.
