Vice President of Information Services with ISO NE
As Vice President, Information Services, Jamshid A. Afnan is responsible
for ISO New England’s information technology (IT) functions. He directs
the information and data integrity of the organization as well as all
information systems (IS) functions, including data centers, technical
service centers, physical and cyber security, production scheduling,
software development, and systems operations.

Health Physicist & Radiological Emergency Response Consultant and Planner
37 years of experience in the field of radiation safety and protection as
well as over 10 years of involvement with state, regional, federal, and US
Military assets dealing with HazMat, WMD & radiological threats.
